Responsibilities:

RELIABILITY IMAGINATION GOING BEYOND SUSTAINABILITY

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented self-starter to serve as the liaison between BalTerm and its customers. This is an opportunity for the right person to demonstrate their CUSTOMER SERVICE and ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.

Your new responsibilities:

• Maintain inventories by inputting cargo into the inventory system.
• Process paperwork to ensure timely loading and delivery of cargo.
• Provide inventory and activity reports to customers as required.
• Coordinate with customers to plan shipments and ensure on-time/accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with railroads; assist with third party logistics providers and trucking companies for pickup of orders.
• May coordinate with warehouse operations staff concerning planned loading schedule.
• Analyze logistics operation to improve productivity.
• Assist with outbound shipments as necessary.
