Sr. Administrative Assistant

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer communication, calendar management, and handling conference calls.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize calendar activities efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve them promptly
  • Process customer credit applications with precision
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
  • Engage in effective communication with customers and team members
  • Coordinate and manage conference calls
  • Design and implement Banner Ads for promoting our services
  • Ensure all data and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Must have proficiency in Banner Ads creation and management
  • Should possess experience working with CRM software
  • Expertise in Calendar Management is required
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
  • Must have experience in managing and coordinating Conference Calls
  • High degree of professionalism and organizational skills are necessary
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as required
  • Experience in a similar senior administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is necessary
  • Must possess a high degree of discretion for confidential information
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
