Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee high-profile construction projects for our rapidly growing company in Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex construction projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide regular updates and address concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in managing large-scale projects.
