Duties

Collaborates closely with the Project Manager/Owner and the rest of the team, actively contribute to project planning,coordination, and management from inception to completion. This includes overseeing project documentation,monitoring key project objectives and milestones, and facilitating effective communication among contractors, design team members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities encompass various aspects such as project planning assistance, coordination of contractors and design teams, documentation preparation, site visits, and aiding in project closeout procedures. The Assistant Project Manager provides valuable support to the Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and up to the quality standards of the company.

Requirements
