Commercial Counsel

This position is fully remote and requires being licensed to practice law in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel as part of their global regulatory compliance program.
• Advise on compliance requirements in the US and other jurisdictions, with a focus on consumer protection laws, marketing, gambling, AI, and privacy.
• Keep up to date with regulatory topics to assess and minimize legal risk for current and future business operations.
• Draft user documents including terms of service, privacy policy, and conduct rules.
• Advise, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as outsourcing, publishing, licensing, platform distribution, and technology agreements.
• Conduct research on regulatory issues related to gaming and evolving technology, including privacy, AI processing, and other AI matters.

• Possession of a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with a focus on commercial law.
• Proficiency in handling commercial contracts and commercial agreements.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
• Knowledge of legal regulatory and regulatory compliance risk management.
