What You’ll Do:
As a Production Associate, you’ll operate equipment to produce quality automotive parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, employee success, and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload individual automotive stampings from production lines/cells
- Operate manual and robotic systems to apply welds, adhesive, and other assembly processes
- Inspect and properly load finished parts into containers for storage and shipment
- Tag, label, and track parts while producing required documentation
- Assist with equipment adjustments and changeovers
- Follow work instructions to maintain QS9000 quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience is required
- Physical Requirements: Must stand, walk, and lift 25-35 lbs for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)
- Skills: Ability to read work instructions, perform basic math, and apply reasoning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule: Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Bonus: Forklift license preferred but not required
