Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Draft complex estate plans tailored to tax and legal considerations.
• Handle trust and estate administration, including probate and accounting preparation.
• Oversee tax reporting and fiduciary, gift, and estate tax filings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support practice growth.
• Qualifications:
• J.D. with 2–5 years of experience in trusts, estates, and tax law (more experience welcome).
• Skilled in estate planning, probate process, and tax preparation.
• LL.M. in Taxation or CPA strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellent client service.
