**Administrative Assistant**
**Work Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85007****Expected Duration: 24 Months Contract**
**Position Type: Onsite Job**
**Pay Rate /$29.50/hr on W2**.
**Position Description**
FRONT OFFICE RECEPTION: Primary duties include greeting customers and
clients when they arrive, maintaining scheduled events, providingdirection and assistance, and answering phone calls in a helpful manner.
The person will be responsible for receiving and signing for packages.
Works well in an office environment ensures security protocols forvisitors are followed and directs phone calls to specific departments or
people.
Creates a positive and professional first impression to show everyone wehave a caring attitude.
Candidate will be required to drive state vehicle on occasion, mostlikely be within a 5-mile radius of the office (duty post).
No reimbursement will be necessary. Infrequent, but potential up to oncea week to cover staff on leave.
Travel time no more than 1 hour of travel time within their work shift.
Skills Required- Communicate effectively with internal staff at all levels, other
effectiveness; Professional demeanor; Strong analytical skill in
researching and reviewing financial data.

procedures; principles and practices of administration; fiscal
management; budgetary control; payroll.
Education Required
Associate/'s Degree
Education Preferred
Degree from an accredited college or university
