One of our clients is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager in Eaton Rapids, MI to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility.

Pay - $110K-130K USD

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development and Implementation: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Labor Relations: Collaborate with labor unions, participate in contract negotiations, and manage collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of HR management experience.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
