We are in search of a temporary HR Specialist to join our team in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage data entry across multiple HRIS systems for an ERP implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate data entry into 3 different HRIS systems for an ERP implementation.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paycor, and Banner for various HR functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of new permanent staff information into the respective systems.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Handle additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain and manage customer relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software
• Solid understanding and experience in regulatory compliance within HR
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR applications
• Familiarity with the Banner HR system
