Warehouse Associate – Willing to train!
Join the dynamic team at Allied Wire & Cable (AWC), a GCG Company, and ignite your career as a Warehouse Associate! In this position, you would be operating machinery to cut and spool wire and cable, performing inventory and quality control duties, and assisting in other departments as needed.
Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM M-F

What You’ll Do:
- Daily set-up and operation of spooling machine, ensuring machine runs smoothly
- Run test spool daily to ensure accurate calibration of footage counter
- Perform quality control and check products for damages
- Assist with general shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Use hand-held scan guns to scan, relocate, organize, and count inventory
- Keep our workplace pristine by assisting with general warehouse upkeep and housekeeping

What You’ll Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret various forms of communication including measurements and basic math
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
