a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Supervisor. This position will oversee the
Collections Accounting Department and work directly with the firm’s Chief

Key Position Responsibilities:
- Departmental
Oversite: Oversees staff members to ensure accurate and timely work product, creates and implements strategies to improve the department, and provides the
team with support to promote growth. Assists the team with daily/weekly/monthlytasks as needed.
- Account
reconciling client accounts on a regular basis.
- Payment
accurate manner to maintain the integrity of collections accounts.
- Accounts
client and costs are invoiced and posted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Audits:
internal assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, work standards and policies.
- Training
and Development of Staff: Provides supervision, oversight, training, and
development to the collections accounting team, currently comprised of ten (10)staff members to ensure their ongoing growth and success.
- Policies
- Implementing
completion of tasks.
- Client
promptly and effectively handled.
Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:
- A
- Experience
in debt collections accounting (including account reconciliations, payments, and remittances, client relations, accounts receivable, audits, training and
development of staff, and implementation of policies and procedures) ispreferred.
- Bachelor’s
- 3-5+
- Strong
- Excellent
- Experience
a plus.
- Advanced
- Ability
to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
