Entry Level Assembler

Responsibilities- Perform a range of routine and non-routine electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including wiring, assembly, and basic troubleshooting of components and subassemblies.
- Use test fixtures and basic electronic testing devices (such as “go-no-go” tests) to adjust and align components, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Identify errors or issues in assemblies, make corrections, and retest to ensure products meet required standards.
- Follow work orders, schematics, engineering specifications, and instructions to assemble and test electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and fluid flow components. Ensure accurate reporting of work progress and results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards and policies. Use appropriate protective equipment as required and report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to the supervisor or Safety Department.
- As an entry-level role, you’ll be trained to handle increasingly complex tasks, including disassembling, modifying, reworking, and reassembling units to meet production specifications.
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving materials.
- Ability to work in tight spaces, on ladders or stairs, and in noisy environments
- Use of hand and power tools
- This role may involve working in a clean room, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
