Maintenance Technician
Location: Baltimore, MDPay: $33/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, fabricating parts, and ensuring all machinery is properly maintained for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Read blueprints and use precision tools to fabricate parts.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.
- Maintain a schedule for lubricating machinery.
- Inspect equipment and report any issues.
- Work up to 12-hour shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces.
- Familiar with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
- Basic computer and math skills.
Additional Details:
- Must wear required safety gear (gloves, steel-toed shoes, hard hat, etc.).
- Ability to identify color-coded wires in different lighting conditions.
- English proficiency required for safety and communication.

Pay Details: $33.00 per hour
