Summary:The Business Analyst supports the Deposit Products & Analytics team with the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions for the Experience organization.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or eight years of equivalent experience required
- Minimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel required
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization, dashboard creation, and report generation required.
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) required.
- Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with financial services or banking products preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define functional specifications for Deposit Products & Analytics
- Uses Tableau and SQL to design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models that support data-driven decision-making
- Extracts, transforms, and loads (ETL) data from various sources; cleans, validates, and enriches data
- Creates data visualizations and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of analytical solutions into business processes
- Presents findings, recommendations, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Creates compelling stories with data to drive actionable decisions
- Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in data analysis, Tableau, SQL, and related technologies
- Identifies opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement
- All other duties as assigned

The good faith range for this position is $ 64,000.00 to $ 77,000.00 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
