Customer Service Rep
Prominent machinery manufacturer in search of a custome support specialist in a growth & rotational role to answer technical questions and direct customers to proper solutions. This role targets candidates with mechanical aptitude and an ability to problem solve and understand customer concerns and company solutions or the proper departments to resolve specific customer issues.

responsibilities:
- Provide product, technical, and application support to customers in a timely manner via email and telephone, or directing them to proper support teams
- Works proactively and independently to achieve customer satisfaction in regard to technical issues.
- Support customers alongside representatives and technical/engineering colleagues.
- Facilitate sales meetings and participate in customer activities in-house.
- Fix any issues you find before they cause disruptions
