Private Personal Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized household and personal assistant support in a well-organized and timely manner to an executive couple. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to an executive couple's working life, house management and with client projects.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take client calls and writing messages executive team
  • Source office supplies, home supplies, parts orders
  • Meticulous house cleaning, making beds, organizing, picking up, dishes, laundry, making meals and smoothies, taking out the trash, flower arranging.
  • Driving, errands, grocery shopping, and executive team.
  • Grocery shopping, placing orders, shipping
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system
  • Able to work with small parts on a production project
Skills
  • Work experience as a personal assistant, hospitality, organization and housekeeping
  • Nurturing personality ready to take care of an executive couple
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Microsoft Office, Google, and Email proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Have the ability to follow directions well and take one multiple projects
  • Must have the ability to anticipate customer needs and change goals to adjust outcomes
  • Required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend and require sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity.
  • Requires moderate to heavy physical work, including bending, stooping, climbing ladders and bunks, carrying supplies and some lifting, pushing and pulling of objects over 18 lbs.
  • Ability to interact with management, team members and clients professionally
  • Must be flexible to assist in other areas when needed
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle parts assembly
  • Answer emails on executive couple’s behalf within 30 minutes of receipt
  • Help with marketing, attending networking events and company meetings
  • Flexible- comfortable working very long hours if needed, available to work weekends, evenings and on-call
  • Honest, professional, quiet demander with high output capacity and adapt to changing projects
