Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to align with business objectives
- Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks effectively, and providing guidance to team members
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, managing their expectations and addressing any concerns
- Identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize their impact
- Monitor project expenditures, manage costs, and adjust as necessary to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure project scope is clearly defined, manage scope changes, and maintain alignment with project goals
- Regularly assess project progress against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and teams to achieve project objectives
- Utilize Cloud Technologies, Content Management System (CMS), Contract Management, Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Best Practices, Change Management, Coding skills for successful project execution
- Communicate project status updates, decisions, and challenges clearly to all relevant stakeholders. • Possess expertise in Cloud Technologies to effectively manage and utilize online resources
- Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of website content
- Proficient in Contract Management to handle contracts efficiently and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and technologies to manage work and collaborate with the team
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure to manage cloud services and applications
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery
- Experience in Auditing to ensure adherence to all internal and external policies and regulations
- Knowledge of Best Practices in the non-profit sector to ensure effective management and operation
- Proficient in Change Management to ensure smooth transitions and mitigate potential risks
- Basic understanding of Coding to manage technical aspects of the project and collaborate effectively with technical team members
