Help Desk Analyst/AV Tech

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst professional with 2+ years of experience in the Houston area. As our Help Desk Analyst, you will serve as the company's specialist for audio-visual tech and conference support. You'll be the go-to source for information regarding computing environments, software, and crucial hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Become our in-house expert on audio-visual support, setting up systems and managing A/V components for meetings and conferences
- Configure and maintain Microsoft O365 and Active Directory
- Resolve queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, either in-person or over the phone
- Assist in administration and maintenance of computer networks and related computing environments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT help desk environments, particularly with a strong focus on audio-visual tech and conference support
- Proven expertise with Microsoft O365 and Active Directory
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communications skills and ability to work well with all levels of personnel
