Responsibilities- Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving times while maintaining accuracy.
- Multi-task and prioritize workload in a high-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with the team, customers, and process partners via radio, phone, and email.
- Troubleshoot system and equipment issues for associates.
- Assist with daily and weekly operational reports.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet operational goals and metrics.
- Maintain professionalism with management and co-workers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
