job summary:

This role involves programming and troubleshooting robots for Sealer, UBC, Primer, Base, Clear, and Dampening paint applications.

Requirements include:

proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.)
a technical degree or equivalent experience
multitasking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

Experience with robotic paint applications, Kawasaki/Fanuc robots, digital engineering tools, and microcontroller programming is a bonus.

25% Travel

1 year conract role!!

responsibilities:

Online robot programming for Sealer, UBC, and Dampening
Run trials and adjust parameters
Evaluate quality drawings and ensure they meet standards
Online robot programming for Primer, Base, and Clear
Run trials and adjust parameters
Evaluate quality drawings and ensure they meet standards
Electrical drawing review for new paint equipment installations
Develop equipment countermeasures during setup and trials
Set up new paint equipment and calibrate systems to ensure proper function
Prepare and confirm new paint equipment at vendor sites
Test functionality and confirm proper operation and safety devices
Create Hand Over Documents
Capture snapshots of the robot processes
Willingness to travel

qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 2 years of experience
Education: High School
