Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics for projects located in Panama City Beach, FL. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience plus $135/day per diem for travelers 60+miles from the job site.If you are a Sheet Metal Mechanic eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Installing heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Reviewing blueprints, schematics and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect installations for performance, safety and compliance with specifications
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to hang and install prefabbed sheet-metal ductwork
- Must be able to install hangers
- Must be able to install transitions and offsets
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have all hand tools and an impact driver
