The Opportunity

Our location in Temecula, CA, currently has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator.

What You’ll Work On
  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project.
  • This may include preparing and developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts, selecting materials and project staff
  • Liaise with other operational areas in the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
  • Select and manage activities to ensure they are integrated into the project and the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
  • Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Education - H.S. Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years Related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or higher in related field.
  • 4+ Years in related field
  • Medical device or manufacturing environment experience

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
