Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active bar admission in Georgia(link removed)>
- 12 years of substantive experience in secured transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders(link removed)>
- A demonstrated understanding of, or keen interest in, syndicated and acquisition financing transactions(link removed)>
- Proven experience in transaction closings and drafting relevant financing documents.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in sophisticated corporate debt transactions, including secured lending and acquisition finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and review complex financial documents and agreements.
- Provide counsel to borrowers and lenders on all phases of transaction structuring and closings.
- Contribute to high-profile finance projects with national and international clients, ensuring compliance and optimizing transaction terms.
- Develop client relationships and support business development efforts within the firms finance practice.
