- Experience with Account Reconciliation
- Familiarity with Coding Invoices
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Experience in Invoice Processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- High degree of familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting techniques.
