Remote work (1-3 hrs per week)
We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine to join our medical practice part time remotely, 1-3 hours per week. Our ideal candidate is BC|BE in Family practice or Internal medicine with experience in preventative Medicine and a background in hormone replacement and peptide therapy, weight loss and various infusion therapies.We are seeking an MD|DO to join us part time, 1-3 hours per week. Some overall physician responsibilities will include weight loss therapy, Internal Health, understanding of bloodwork, hormone function, metabolic function, nutrition, peptide therapy, hormone therapy, and gut health.
Must have experience in Hormone, Peptide and Medical Weight Loss therapies.

Duties to include:Spearhead the wellness program, working collaboratively with other working health professional to set clear guidelines for dosing, adjusting dosing, monitoring labs and assessing patients data to continue to improve their health.
Create clear guidelines for effective patient care
Be a spokesperson and educator of our optimal therapies so each employee and medical staff have a clear understanding of our medical platform and therapies.Understand and provide insight on lab ranges and optimal lab values.

Requirements: BCBE Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
Current license to practice in NY
Deep understanding and experience in managing hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss and other therapies associated with longevity and health optimization.
Schedule: Part time (1-3 hrs per week)Salary (range): $50k-$60k|year plus potential productivity bonus compensation
We are seeking a medical doctor looking to be involved in a forward thinking, longevity and health optimization focused facilities. The ideal doctor will have experience in longevity therapeutic services, including hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss and other health optimization modalities.Our facility offers remote and in-person services to help everyone improve their health, with services which include EWOT (Exercise with Oxygen Therapy), Red Light therapy, fitness workout area and more. The ideal doctor will have a strong passion for melding the medical and wellness model together for successful patient outcomes.
