We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Project Manager, Advertising and Sales Collateral to join our Marketing team and will serve as a valued strategic marketing partner. The Marketing Project Manager, Advertising and Sales Collateral, will work with our agency partners, copywriter, and business partners throughout the organization to produce high-quality advertising campaigns and compelling sales collateral to support our primary brand, sub-brands, and programs.They will maintain Christian Health’s brand guidelines and signature style while continuously elevating the look and feel of the ads and pieces we create. A successful Marketing Project Manager, Advertising and Sales Collateral will have an excellent eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and a rigorous commitment to understanding their target audience.

Responsibilities/Competencies:
- Partner with agencies to develop and place advertisements to drive brand awareness and promote our primary brand and specific communities, services, the hospital, and key programs.
- Work with agencies to manage paid search, display, and social campaigns, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation in line with overall marketing goals.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and present actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.
- Understand and adhere to legal requirements for advertising within Christian Health’s key service areas.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor the competitive space for advertising and sales collateral across Christian Health’s key service areas and partner with marketing leadership to inform optimal campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure accurate content across channels and pieces.
- Ensure advertisements and collateral are well-written, grammatically correct, compelling, and support marketing strategy and sales and outreach goals.
- Work with executive directors, administrators, sales, outreach, and other Christian Health leaders to determine advertising goals and maintain an open dialogue about campaign performance.
- Learn and embrace Christian Health’s various personas and develop new personas as needed in partnership with marketing leadership to ensure we tailor our collateral to reach the appropriate audiences for each program and service.
- Assist in managing and allocating the advertising budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain accurate and compelling sales collateral to support the sales, outreach, and admissions teams for all Christian Health programs and services.
- Work with sales, outreach, and admissions team members to develop strong relationships and understand business objectives, including census goals and the development of referral relationships.
- Support the marketing, communications, sales, and outreach teams with management and execution of marketing work orders in response to organizational needs.
- Participate in planning and executing marketing, communications, sales, and outreach activities as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates compliance with the Christian Health ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong marketing professional with 3+ years of experience working with print, digital, and out-of-home design, as well as developing marketing collateral.
- Skilled at working collaboratively with team members responsible for creative/content development to produce and implement campaigns.
- Analytical with the ability to consume, process, and transform information into actionable insights.
- Experience with print and digital advertising.
- Can multi-task and effectively prioritize/manage a diverse workload.
- Able to evaluate creative against brand standards and strategy.
- A confident project manager who is motivated to complete projects independently while also knowing when to collaborate with the team and loop in their supervisor.
