• Ensure precise order entry and scheduling of appointments.
• Supervise mail distribution and scanning/indexing tasks.

• Demonstrated proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring all customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong data entry skills, with an ability to input and manage customer information accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent email correspondence skills with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing customer correspondence and other documents.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
