As an Electro Mechanic II reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring plant equipment runs like a well-oiled machine. Your expertise will shine as you tackle equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and seize opportunities for enhancement.Your role is crucial in maintaining peak performance and minimizing downtime, making you an essential part of our continued success.
salary: $63,000 - $65,750 per yearshift: Third
work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Will work on electrical systems up to 480 Volts.
- Expected to have strong knowledge and experience with PLC’s, AC/DC motors controls, other electric/electronic devices.
- Work at heights up to 60 feet.
- Run conduit and other cable management systems.
- Mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic and building repairs.
- Subject to emergency call-in.
- Correctly report spare parts usage.
- Maintaining housekeeping and organization.
- You will need 3-5 years’ experience within an industrial setting.
- You must have knowledge of PLC, VFDs, and other electrical/electronic devices.
- Able to understand electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics and systems. Use this ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, CMMS.
- General math skills.
- Proficient use of applicable electronic measuring and diagnostic tools; multimeter, circuit locator, thermal imaging equipment.
- Effective communication skills verbal, written and phone.
- Organization and time management.
- Maintaining technical knowledge; course training and continued education required.
