We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Healthcare industry, specifically within Hospitals and Social Assistance, based in Huntington Beach, California, 92647, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with handling customer service-related tasks in a hybrid workplace setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in Korean language to cater to a diverse customer base
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed
  • Documenting all calls for record-keeping and future reference
  • Assisting members with their queries and scheduling their appointments
  • Data entry and order entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Corresponding with customers through email and other platforms as needed
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as required
  • Availability to work on a varied schedule from Sunday to Saturday, while adhering to a five-day workweek.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry.
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to correspond professionally via email, handling customer queries and issues.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in order entry processes, ensuring correct and timely processing of orders.
  • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple calendars and coordinating across teams when necessary.
  • Fluency in the Korean language is a plus, to cater to our diverse customer base.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating good communication and collaborative skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
