Bookkeeper

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will focus on providing accurate financial records and data entry, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department. You will be a vital contributor to our team, working across a range of tasks related to bookkeeping and accounting.

• Accurately record financial transactions through journal entries.
• Handle debit and credit adjustments to maintain correct account balances.
• Employ accrual accounting methods to record revenues and expenses.
• Enter invoice data accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile credit card accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end closings to finalize financial records for the month.
• Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of our financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to track company debts and payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure our records align with bank statements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and perform data analysis.
• Undertake bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with the month-end close process to finalize financial records for the month. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
