Responsibilities

Job Description: As a Production Associate, you will be a key player in our production process, responsible for mixing, batching, and assembling ink products according to strict specifications. You will operate and maintain machinery to ensure that production standards are met and that all products are finalized and prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and batch ingredients to produce ink products according to set formulas.
• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure all production processes meet quality and safety standards.
• Assemble, package, and label finished products for shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
