Electro-Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components for various products and systems. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in assembly processes.
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Install and route wiring, cables, and connectors for proper electrical functionality.
• Test finished assemblies for accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Use hand and power tools such as soldering irons, screwdrivers, pliers, and crimpers.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet design standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications or repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.
