Our Audi Westlake dealership in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver. This is a great opportunity to begin your automotive career. In this position, you will contribute to the success of the Rusnak Auto Group by providing parts delivery to wholesale customers.

  • To ensure the safety of our employees and clients, we follow current guidelines and provide face masks and hand sanitizers. We use hospital grade cleaning products and increased cleaning frequency.

Responsibilities :

Efficiently and Effectively Ensure Delivery Parameters Are Met:

  • Pull and Invoice parts for delivery to customers.
  • Load delivery vehicle with parts in a manner to prevent damage.
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
  • Picks up and delivers parts to wholesale accounts.
  • Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries, pick-ups, payments and COD’s
  • Unloads truck after shift is complete
  • Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts and returns.
  • Pulls and prepares next day deliveries
  • Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
  • Helps with stocking to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
  • Keeps a timely shuttle route
  • Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership.
  • Notifies parts manager of any servicing the delivery vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Desired: Minimum of 1 year in position of Delivery Driver or similar positions in the automotive industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in another language besides English is an asset in this position).
  • Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
Degree/Diploma :

High School Diploma/GED : Required

Licenses Required : Valid CA Driver License
