AS553 - Part-Time PA/HM - Weston, MA

Overview:

A busy family is seeking a part-time personal assistant/house manager for their home in Weston, MA. This position will primarily involve assisting with personal and some business related tasks, as well as some basic house management. The schedule is flexible- the family envisioned 4-5 mornings/week, approximately 15 hours per week, though that could be adjusted depending on the needs of the candidate and the evolving needs of the family.

Responsibilities:

• Managing household vendors and contractors
• Supervising cleaning team
• Planning vacations and business travel
• Hiring household staff
• Daily home walkthroughs- surface tidying and organization projects as needed
• Scheduling appointments and overseeing calendars
• Errands as needed
• Assisting with business tasks- sourcing venues, working on trademarks

Qualifications:

• Flexible and adaptable- every day will be different
• Team player- this is a hands-on position and candidates should feel comfortable jumping in to assist where needed
• Eager to learn
• Comfortable with technology
• Familiar with management of employees and vendors
• No task is too big or too small mentality

Requirements:

• Must be local to the area- relocation is not an option for this role
• Driving is required for this position
