8 temporary/fulltime Cleaners positions w/ Stretch's Professional Cleaning Services Inc from 3/19/25-10/23/25.
Provide cleaning service to rental property/home/business. Perform thorough spring/fall heavy cleaning duties like clean floor/shampoo rug/wash wall/glass/clean light fixture/remove rubbish. Tasks incl. clean/dust wall/cabinet/surface. Will incl. wash of ceiling fans/window covering/molding, requiring use of ladder.Addl task incl. carpet/floor clean/vacuum incl. move furniture when nec./window cleaning. Must lift/carry 50 lbs when nec.
Work up to 6 days/wk w/ shifts varying by day/work days varying by week to incl. Sat & Sun. Emplyr-paid post-hire random drug test reqd of foreign/domestic wrkrs. Post-hire background check req'd of new hires foreign/domestic. Must possess/be able to obtain U.S. DL w/in 90 days of hire. On-the-job training provided to wrkr. Emplyr pays in advance/reimburses wrkrs in 1st wrkwk all govt-mandated/visa-related fees excl.passprt fees. For non-local workers emplyr reimburses inbound travel cost at 50% point in contract unless paid in advance.
Inbound travel incl. transport cost from wrkr's permanent residence/place of recruitment, daily meal subsistence based on rates reqd by law currently $15.88/day min or $59/day max for wrkrs w/ acceptable receipt & reasonable lodge costs. Travel cost based on least-cost common carrier rate.Emplyr provides/pays outbound travel on completion of contract/early dismissal except when wrkr has subsequent emplymnt. Emplyr guarantees to offer hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-wk period of total contract period beginning w/ wrkrs 1st wrkday & ending on contract end date/any extension.
Emplyr counts all hrs worked & any hrs offered w/in standard work schedule that wrkr chooses to not work up to max # of daily hrs on job order. Wrkrs who vol. abandon emplymnt not entitled to payment for outbound travel cost or full 3/4 guarantee.
Emplyr provides w/out charge all tools, supplies & equip incl. uniforms necessary to perform duty assigned.If requested emplyr helps non-local wrkrs secure opt'l wrkr-paid lodge.
JOB LOCATION: 3408A Long Beach Blvd Long Beach Twp NJ 08008 & multiple worksites w/in Ocean county. Emplyr provides incidental transport between job site. Emplyr offers free daily transport to/from worksite from designated pick-up loc. Use of transport voluntary.
Wage rate no less than $21.29/hr. OT hrs vary @ $31.94/hr. Piece rate may be offered for certain turnover services. Emplyr will pay higher of hourly prevailing wage or piece rate. Raises/bonuses offered @ emplyr's discretion based on factors like performance/skill/tenure.
Single workweek used to compute wages. Payroll period bi-weekly. Wrkrs paid by check Friday. Standard work schedule 8AM-3PM M-F. Employer offers 35 hrs/wk. Emplyr may offer more than stated work hrs depending on weather/business needs/other conditions.Extreme heat/cold/rain/drought may affect exact working hours. Emplyr makes all payroll deducts req'd by law. Emplyr doesn't envision other workforce-wide payroll deducts. Vol. deducts must be preauthorized in writing & may incl. deducts for reasonable FMV cost of rent/utility based on # of occupants electing to reside in emplyr-arranged lodge (cost TBD).
