Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-end reception duties, ensuring efficient operations and professional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings and appointments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and building strong relationships.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely input of information into the estate planning program.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create reports, manage schedules, and handle correspondence.

  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of legal proceedings and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls is necessary.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No specific years of experience required, but familiarity with the legal industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
