Customer Service Representative

You will also be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Provide excellent customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues
• Enter customer data accurately into the system
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Carry out order entry tasks as required
• Communicate effectively with customers via email
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Utilize basic troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Occasionally work around gas flames and gas lines. • Ability to efficiently answer inbound calls with professionalism and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
• Capability to handle email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
• Experience in order entry, managing and processing customer orders accurately and timely.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
