Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving/managing the sales cycle. This role will consist of generating sales leads, maintaining client relationships, providing sales strategies, speaking on product knowledge, meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and revenues, and assist with executive orders.
The ideal Account/Customer Service Executive will also develop business plans to assist in goal setting, present product knowledge to prospective clients, negotiate agreements, and resolve all client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from the initial consultative sales approach to closing the deal
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through various networking activities
- Present our product offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to prospective clients
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster customer loyalty
- Maintain regular contact with key clients to build strong, lasting relationships
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, aiming to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation
- Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities effectively
- Utilize your account reconciliation skills to ensure accurate billing and invoice processing.
The ideal Account Executive will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Account Executive role include and are not limited to:
- 3+ years of customer service experience or account executive experience
- Sales experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Salesforce a plus
- Experience partnering with operations
