Friendly, well-known firm has a legal secretary retiring! The law firm seeks a Legal Secretary with 10+ years of federal, state filing experience. The Legal Secretary will support 4 attorneys with calendaring via Outlook, TOA's and TOC's, scheduling depositions, court reporters, and meetings, preparing travel and expense reports, state and federal filings.
Hybrid: 3 days onsite after 3 months of training
up to $95,000 (hourly position)
