Our client is a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the community. They are currently seeking a friendly and attentive Receptionist to provide visitors with a warm welcome and offer assistance as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
  2. Direct guests and incoming calls to the appropriate person or office.
  3. Maintain a tidy and functional reception area.
  4. Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and confirmation of appointments or meetings.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and maintaining office supply inventory.
  7. Provide general information about the organization to visitors and callers.
  8. Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  10. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  11. Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  12. Professional and friendly disposition.
  13. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a receptionist or front office role, especially within a non-profit environment, is highly valued.
