Our client is a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the community. They are currently seeking a friendly and attentive Receptionist to provide visitors with a warm welcome and offer assistance as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Direct guests and incoming calls to the appropriate person or office.
- Maintain a tidy and functional reception area.
- Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and confirmation of appointments or meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Provide general information about the organization to visitors and callers.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional and friendly disposition.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a receptionist or front office role, especially within a non-profit environment, is highly valued.
