We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our team in a remote role, with initial training days in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for entering invoice information, liaising with the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, and performing various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter invoice and materials information into the system
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Perform administrative duties as required
• Utilize ERP Solutions and other software like ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software for various tasks
• Generate charts and graphs for inventory and sales reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks
• Work closely with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient operations.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must
• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies is required
• Proficiency in Epic Software is necessary
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial
• Experience with ERP Solutions is expected
• Familiarity with About Time software is desirable
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Auditing skills are a necessity
• Ability to interpret Charts - Graphs
• Capable of performing Clerical Duties
