Job description
CLAIM / DATA PROCESSING- Respond to communications related to data management and claims processes, maintaining a professional and timely approach.
- Run reports to analyze data trends and support decision-making processes.
- Upload claims into various systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Review and resolve claim issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
- Process sales data into the system accurately, ensuring proper matching of customer, material, and unit of measure data.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity of data.
- Assist with various data management processes, providing support to other Business Operation teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to facilitate seamless data management and claims processing.
- Manage data in systems with accuracy. Identify and troubleshoot system related issues.
- Ensures that data is complete from customers and ready to set up and/or load.
- Ensure data are process accurately and timely, perform data validation and quality assurance activities.
Pay Details: $26.13 per hour
