Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing & managing large ground up projects in the Boston area
- Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
- Must have good tenure with previous employers*
- Experience as a PM on Commercial projects (ground up)
- Proficiency in Procore
- Commutable to Newton MA
- Strong understanding of construction technology and details
- Excellent communication skills
