Drain Technician / Plumber

A leading home services provider is seeking a Plumber / Drain Technician to join their residential service team in Harleysville, PA.

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the Home Service Team to ensure that both co-workers and customers consistently receive a five-star experience. This role involves direct interactions with customers, providing comprehensive explanations of service options and making informed recommendations based on their plumbing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to outside sewer lines, drains, toilets, sinks, and tubs using specialized equipment such as snakes, jetters, and cameras.
• Utilize technical skills to locate underground sewer lines with cameras and locators.
• Engage with customers to diagnose plumbing issues, offer solutions, provide estimates, and finalize sales.
• Conduct Gold Shield inspections to identify potential business opportunities through maintenance and upgrade recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's products and services to enhance customer consultations.
• Record detailed service information into the company's system following each job.
