Client Success Specialist - Medical Billing

Responsibilities include the following:

• Develops and maintains a professional and polite relationship with clients by communicating effectively and always looking out for their best interest.
• Maintains client A/R using system reports. Addresses issues and follows through on outstanding inventory until it is resolved.
• Analyzes and identifies trends in denials, rejections, and recommends areas of improvement by data entry staff or client.
• Takes initiative to pro-actively prevent problems and offer efficient solutions to on-going issues.
• Communicates status of client and any issues or areas for improvement effectively to manager on a regular basis.
• Makes sure that all RCM functions are performed accurately on a daily basis.
• Ensures quality of all aspects of service to the customer.Provides feedback, guidance, and documentation to the Remote Team to maximize quality, efficiency and resolution rate.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling, sorting information, and establishing data entry priorities.
• Processes customer documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures of returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
• Oversees the entry of charge data.
• Oversees the processing of payment data. verifies correctness of customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, running a daily recap, balancing and updating.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following standard operating procedures.
• Provides and accepts feedback to reduce errors and improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintains customer confidence and maintains HIPAA compliance by protecting PHI and keeping information confidential.
• Successfully performs any additional duties that may be assigned as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 years’ experience in medical billing, multispecialty a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or a related role within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and healthcare regulations is essential.
