Overview:

Do you enjoy working with youth within the community and infuse creativity into your behavioral interventions and coping strategies? Join the Wraparound team in Santa Clara as the Bilingual Counselor!

As a Bilingual Wraparound Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting youth referred through social services, probation, or post-adoption programs. You'll deliver culturally sensitive and strength-based services while working closely with county and community partners.

By providing crisis intervention, mental health counseling, and skill-building support, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth and their families, all in alignment with Wraparound principles and Seneca's mission. All services are provided almost exclusively in the community, including the families’ homes, foster homes, schools, and congregate care settings.

ABOUT WRAPAROUND

The Santa Clara Wraparound program supports Santa Clara County children and adolescents in the Child Welfare, Probation, and Mental Health systems who are transitioning from or at risk of entering out-of-home care or juvenile hall. Aimed at keeping youth in family-like settings, the program serves clients aged 5-18.

Team members work with children and families providing services almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, and other community locations within a 90 mile radius of our program in San Jose, CA.
