Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer for a leading manufacturing company based in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for acting as the resident quality liaison at the customer manufacturing site to ensure product quality is maintained.
This is a direct-hire job opportunity. Must be comfortable working weekends and off-shifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (2) years of Quality Assurance experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in automotive technical trouble-shooting/failure analysis
- Ability to provide hands-on troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
- Communication skills & ability to work independently

responsibilities:
- Assures customer satisfaction and excellent relations by acting as the resident quality liaison
- Continually monitors product and service performance and customer expectations
- Assumes responsibility for immediate containment actions in the event of product and/or service concerns
- Provides the technical and functional expertise necessary to identify technical root causes
- Continually monitors trial and mass production activity at the customer site and assures the quality of product and services
- Assures effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions through effective use of quality alerts and standard quality tools
- Administer rework/repair methods and processes in compliance with engineering and quality standards
