HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Lead a team of HVAC installers on job sites, and provide oversight to ensure proper completion of projects
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
- Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information
- For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all necessary materials to complete it
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
- Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
- Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
- HVAC trade school completion
- Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and customer service skills

Pay Transparency:
The starting average rate for this opportunity ranges from $50K-$100k/Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
- May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
