What You’ll Be Doing
The intern will be assigned to Cadmus’ Financial Services line of business in the International Development Division. The Financial Services team provides risk management and compliance advisory services combined with data analytics and modeling to US regional and community banks and some non-banks.As an intern, you will be able to put your analytical and modeling skills to work and collaborate closely with senior members of the team to evaluate model performance, identify risks, and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Additionally, you will contribute to several banking related research, surveys, and benchmarking studies that are presented to senior management at the banks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with data analysis and modeling
- Conduct risk management and compliance research as directed by managers
- Collect data from third party publicly available sources for benchmarking analysis
- Work with managers to produce presentations and reports on assigned topics
Qualifications:
- Graduate or post graduate studies in quantitative disciplines such as Economics, Applied Economics, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Data Science
- Attention to detail, strong written and communication skills
- Interest in risk, compliance, data analysis applications in banking
- Ability to work with various statistical and data analysis software programs such as STATA, SAS, PYTHON, and R
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.
Additional Information:
Interns are eligible to participate in the Cadmus 401(k) program if they are 21 years or older.
The hourly rate for this position will depend on the student's degree level. For undergraduate students the hourly rate is $25 and for graduate students it is $30.
